As Context for Action’s founder and Chief Wisdom Officer, Carri drives consulting, coaching, and training for purpose-driven businesses. She partners with visionary leaders to design thriving organizations that operate as adaptive networks. Building collective change agency activates the collective intelligence of teams. With an adaptive mindset, they can engage, align, and deliver results in a complex, ever-changing landscape.
A living systems strategist, Carri combines wisdom traditions with ecosystem principles to nurture regenerative cultures in conscious organizations and multi-sector collaboratives. Her holistic approach to evolutionary work rewires individuals and organizations to actively participate in shaping conditions that allow us all to flourish in a complex world.
With a career spanning 25 years in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Carri embodies extensive experience and pattern recognition. She brings business rigor and heart to key areas of organizational development, including business modeling, leadership development, governance design, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications. She holds a Masters in Public Administration, a BA in Political Theory and Philosophy, is a recognized for her healing capacities, and certified as a True Purpose and HeartMath coach. Carri is devoted to supporting collaborations where people do what they love and work together in service to life.

Lawrence is a senior consultant, coach and advisor specializing in the transformation of highly engaged, purpose-driven leaders and their ventures globally. He works with complex, self-adaptive and living systems to bring vision and opportunity into embodied reality. He freely combines the insights of transformational learning to support visionary projects and regenerative initiatives.
Drawing from experience with thousands of individual and organizational clients, Lawrence helps ground a vision, transform structures, heal trauma, and uncover wisdom. He has facilitated creative groups developing innovative cultural projects worldwide with clients such as Cirque du Soleil, Panasonic, and Disney Theatrical. Lawrence's coaching clients include social entrepreneurs, Silicon Valley Execs, spiritual teachers, healers, and research scientists.
Sustained by a life-long practice of meditation and energy medicine as well as participation in sacred communities and healing ceremonies, Lawrence is now permanently based in Croatia. Co-founder of the Nova Earth Institute and board member of Stockholm based Legacy 17, he draws deeply on the cultural competency acquired through decades of projects across intersecting industries, cultures and geographies.

As Context for Action’s Project Manager & Marketing Strategist, Sara Grant brings with her over 15 years experience in marketing, strategic planning, project management, and event production, specifically focused on nonprofits and businesses with mission-based values. She is owner of Saradipity Media, rooted in finding authentic ways to tell meaningful stories.
Sara thrives in the details while still being able to see the big picture and identify the necessary steps for turning ideas into action. She holds a BA in English and Arts & Ideas in the Humanities (emphasis on Spanish Literature and Photography) from University of Michigan.
Based on Maui but originally from the Midwest, Sara is nomadic by nature and often found scaling a mountain or duck diving some waves.
