As Context for Action’s founder and Chief Wisdom Officer, Carri drives consulting, coaching, and training for purpose-driven businesses. She partners with visionary leaders to design thriving organizations that operate as adaptive networks. Building collective change agency activates the collective intelligence of teams. With an adaptive mindset, they can engage, align, and deliver results in a complex, ever-changing landscape.

A living systems strategist, Carri combines wisdom traditions with ecosystem principles to nurture regenerative cultures in conscious organizations and multi-sector collaboratives. Her holistic approach to evolutionary work rewires individuals and organizations to actively participate in shaping conditions that allow us all to flourish in a complex world.

With a career spanning 25 years in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Carri embodies extensive experience and pattern recognition. She brings business rigor and heart to key areas of organizational development, including business modeling, leadership development, governance design, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications. She holds a Masters in Public Administration, a BA in Political Theory and Philosophy, and is a recognized corporate shaman certified as a True Purpose and HeartMath coach. Carri is devoted to supporting collaborations where people do what they love and work together in service to life.

With more than fifteen years of content specific work related to food systems sustainability, social determinants of health and collective impact, Monica supports clients as a strategic thought partner to navigate wicked problems.

Taylor Cone is Context for Action’s Project Assistant. Bringing with her a background in the nonprofit, corporate event, live music, and hospitality industries, she is passionate about bringing organization, service, and efficiency into projects. Taylor supports Context for Action through scheduling, editing, research, and other integral back-end work. She is based in Seattle, Washington and loves podcasts, Thai food, interior design and her kitten.
